i have this thing lately of going on youtube and looking for amateur musicians doing covers of famous songs. it's fascinating.

not that you guys are amateurs or anything like that.
i just felt compelled to tell you about my new time waster.

Yes, it's definitely premature to call us amateurs. In a few more decades we hope to rise to that level.

Hello! Can't think of anything blisteringly witty to say, so I'll just say that I really enjoyed listening to this over my breakfast this morning. You guys do make me laugh. And I couldn't allow you to continue in ignorance of rhubarb, a foodstuff which I have little personal liking for, but which is apparently very popular in pies and crumbles.

"You guys do make me laugh"

Good! Maybe someday we can make you breakfast and you can eat it over a podcast.

Wow. Now that's what I call Good Service. Just leave out the rhubarb if you'd be so kind...

We usually let it out each evening, so no worry. It likes to prowl and hunt for rat-atouilles.

Wh.. uh, wow! Well maybe you should warn it that there's apparently a rabid beaver around somewhere. I mean, I haven't seen it myself, but there have been rumours... And we certainly wouldn't want anything *bad* to happen to the rhubarb..
